01 Contact and location

Your suburb and postcode are enough. Do not provide a residential street address. Enter 0 km if you offer remote work only.

02 Services and experience

Select all services you would like to offer. Only nominate work within your capabilities and applicable licence permissions.

03 Investigator licences

PDF, JPG or PNG. Up to 1 MB per file and 2 MB in total. Use clear, compressed copies. No passwords or client material.

Provide your investigator licence, including the reverse side where relevant. A combined PDF is useful. Do not upload a driver licence, passport or unrelated identity document. Declare any conditions and upload additional permissions as separate licence records.
